With a background in dance and a love for creative, feel-good movement, my Vinyasa Flow classes blend dynamic sequencing, functional movement, and playful exploration. I weave together yoga, animal flow, and embodied awareness to help students move with more freedom, strength, and joy. Passionate about the body’s potential, I guide people to deepen their connection with breath and self—encouraging curiosity, presence, and the freedom to move like nobody’s watching. My goal is simple: to help you feel better in your body.
