Refund policy

Every care has been taken in the design and creation of this jewellery to ensure it leaves our studio in perfect condition. Glass jewellery is designed for regular and frequent wear but please be aware that items damaged as a result of drops or knocks will not be refunded.

1. If in the unlikely event you wish to return an item for any reason, then you Must contact me within 7 days of receipt. Return the item using royal mail Recorded Delivery, obtaining a proof of posting certificate, these are free. Notification is required to enable me to manage stock effectively and proof of posting protects you and ensures we can track missing items with the post office.

2. Please note that due to hygiene laws, stud earrings cannot be refunded in any circumstances. Earrings with hook fittings will be subjected to an admin charge of £5 to cover the cost of replacing the fitting.

3. If you are returning a faulty item then providing point 1. has been adhered to and the item has not been used in an inappropriate way, then a full refund will be issued plus the cost of your return shipping.

4. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong item then providing point 1. has been adhered to and the item has not been used or worn and is in its original condition, then a refund will be issued through the account used to purchase the jewellery but you will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself.

5. If you would like to exchange an item you have purchased, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, send your jewellery back to us in it's original packaging via Recorded Delivery and include a cheque(made payable to Amy Christie Ltd) for £7 to cover the additional costs of shipping your swapped item to you.
